An extremely balanced economy, rates are high enough to still be challenging but not ultra grindy. People are pretty friendly, GM's are avaliable but i've not needed to deal with them personally, but no major dramas. Haven't done WoE(still gearing), but like most servers a couple of devout guilds, obviously more pop=more comp. No OP donation items, even the donation items can be obtained with zeny with patience. OnceRO provides a traditional, balanced(as possible) experience, come join!:)
