•Server is online 24/7, sometimes,there are connection issues such as server reboots,but that usually last for just a minute •Community consist of roughly 25% social,75% PVP players,friendly enough,but trashtalking between pvp guilds can be seen sometimes •There are automated events every few hours and also GM held events •I've seen some bias like players being overlooked of punishment coz of their connections •Player support is also good,many staff answering to player's question

Novaro is the most up-to-date low rate server out there, what kRO has, this server have too, and the staff are still improving them. Server is pretty community-based from leveling and dungeons, you'll have a blast partying with people, as this server offers a lot of instances every PvE player would surely enjoy. One of the reason I write this server is to encourage more people to join so we'll have more people to play with. 65% PvM, 35% PvP.. Woe is active with around 4 competing woe guilds too.
