GMs are not active. they do not follow their promises such as events, woe, weekend rewards, etc. They will not reply to your messages unless you mention about donating. And when it comes to donations. you can actually purchase +9 super player items to them. which will give you a lot of advantage. lastly.playing GMs are owning the game. they give item to their guild

game not balance. items are in favor to some jobs, GMs are not friendly. they are always up for a fight, they abuse their power and jail/mute players. a lot of players quit cause one of their GMs, uses skill during woe to wipe a certain guild. they also don't keep their words. they always fight other players
