I recently started this server and the community is amazing and responsive. The staff is good when it comes to support, however most of my technical difficulties were solved through researching the forums (NO DISRESPECT). Even though I don't mind researching, it can be an inconvenience for non-English players. As a new player, it is quite annoying to keep having to flip back to the forums to look up commands. It takes away from the game. I recommend making memos/tools more accessible to newbies.
