Pay2win server. Seasonal events that are poorly thought of. If youre a new player u wont even have enough time to get the event items necessary to buy the rare limited edition headgears and wings due to the event not being noob friendly mainly coz its very gear dependent. Another factor is that the ridiculously low drop rate of event items. Given the event duration its still not enough to aquire enough event items to get multiple rare event gears. Bad economy, and op donation items.

Not noob friendly enough? The monsters are plant type with 200 HP... At 195 aspd even a naked novice can farm the Christmas minions. What pay2win? If the item you refer to is the headgear that autocasts spells while attacking, that is a quest item not donation. If you don't have time to aim for the rarest item out of the 40 available, you should not blame the server nor the event for it. You can still easily farm for dozens of limited edition Christmas items without gear and minimal effort.
