The server is very forgiving to new players, lots of people are always willing to help. The server's website is also very handy and has a good interface. The GMs are very active, with monthly patch to always improve the game. The PVM game is really strong. Custom items are also really helpful, although it is quite difficult to attain at first. New and old players get along quite well. Only select few play BG and PvP. WoE still growing but looks good too.
