I have played for 3 months-
Stability: Heavily lagged during woe.
Availability: Mostly available.
Friendliness: Nope. They dont bother answering newbie question.
Eventfulness: Mostly people AFK all times.
Game Master: So much abuse on BC no action taken. I dont see any gm's event except gvg and br.
Economy: Fail. They demand cheaper price from newbie selling farm items.
Guild Competition: Only 1 guild dominate all woe and events.
Balance: Fail. OP starglad, taekwon, and napalm vulcan WS (WTH?)

Thanks for your review. If you're experiencing lag, it might be due to your internet connection. Our GMs do their best to answer player's questions, but if they're not available in game, they can be reached through the forums. If you see BC abuse happening, please report it. This past month, our GMs hosted 80+ events (excluding GVG/BR), and we're currently hiring so soon even more events will be hosted. Because of community feedback, we've already balanced SG in the latest update. =]
