I play w my bro years ago, and got banned because we share the same pc & laptop, and SAME gaming email. my bro and i tried to explain it, but they always close the support tickets. last week i tried to login again, and saw the ban is permanent. GM is not helpful at all, and decided to close it. Hundreds of hour grinding equips gone.Imagine you play for so long, and they banned you because they didn't like you. how come you get banned coz you and your bro have similar gaming email? this happened.

Thank you for raising your concern - though it's important to underscore that we would only ban in these circumstances when certain that the accounts in question are indeed being utilized as multiple accounts belonging to a single person and not to multiple / different people. We do maintain a firm position on possessing multiple master accounts, though you are indeed more than welcome to start again on TalonRO if you should so wish. We wouldn't ban people based on if we liked them or not, etc.
