Nova is very hard to approach. He would feel offended and get defensive easily. Saying "who do you think you are", "I don't have to answer", etc. My english is bad, I always made it clear that I didn't want to offend anyone. The GMs could never answer my questions, redirecting me to Nova. And Nova never WANTED to answer my questions. Always tried to help, filing bug reports and created a refinement program. Got banned, threatened to delete my accounts. Good game, terrible customer support. 7/10

Best non-renewal server out there. Only thing I hate, is that there is a custom headgear that is pretty much best in slot for every class, which takes away variety. Every one uses the same thing :P. Other than that, nothing to complain about. Fun game, friendly community, friendly admin. If the GMs can't answer your questions, the admin will, unlike a certain other server.
