Well maintained. Good to revisit the original feel of Ragnarok, when everything was not so complicated. Amount of time / effort needed to put in is about same as the original server, and there are a lot of people to get help from. But conversely, I doubt why such low rate has to be implemented since anyone can play the actual game maintained by official distributors. Party play is focused among already formed guilds, and it is hard to get into a guild without fully developed character.
