Every year or so when I inevitably get the RO itch, I always come back to tRO. The server is always up, rarely with any stability issues. The community is average, but they're usually helpful if you aren't annoying. There are a ton of GMs now, so there's almost always at least one or two online at a time to assist players. They're also from different time zones, so there's events pretty frequently at different times of day. The PvP scene is a work in progress atm, but there's other stuff to do.
