The support is nonexistent. Everytime I open a ticket asking for help, I don't get any. It sounds like they don't have patience to deal with the players. Sometimes, being very rude and with an arrogant vibe. Moving on, the main chat is cancerous. People talking about sex all the time, trolls beyond the acceptable, a lot of racism, sexism and LGBT phobia. About the game experience, it sounds that it's all about farming. There is no WoE, PvP and MvP groups. It's a shallow server.
