Dear sinversen,
Thank you for your review. For your information, those +10 equipments only basic which most of the players will not use them for PVP/WOE except +10 Infiltrator [1]. However, we have this NPC concept since previous few servers and no one has problem with it. And do not forget, non-donators also able to buy those items too! So it isn't imbalance as you said at all.
However, we are glad to you have tried out our new server.
