GMs are helpful, they will try to repair bugs as soon as you report them when they are available. At GMT+8 from 9-10pm, at least 1 GM or more will start to appear, mostly taking in bug reports and give player some tips for farming. The GMs are friendly, also in my experience with one of the GM, they are working adults and they are quite systematic and have good management.
