Poor class balance. Parties only accept meta classes and reject participation of other classes that are not within the popular meta. It's not newbie-friendly. Newbies are expected to grind so much more to catch up with the established meta that dominates instances. Economy fluctuates often. Now that the server doesn't have new content, it's spiraling down quickly to the point you wont be motivated to farm. Its large Filipino community is also toxic.
