I have been playing from this server since 2014 and the stability of the server never failed me. The server went through a lot of stuff and the admin never failed to overcome, stabilize and improve to making it the #1 high rate server in the entire RO world. Some staffs/GM may not be that helpful, may be abusive, or looks down on other players (since they are players too) but the discernment, passion and creativity of the admin overcomes these all. I guarantee you, newbies, you'll enjoy here!
