The server has improved since its relaunch. There is finally a weekly maintenance that brings improvements to server. At the moment there are two guilds versing each other in WoE. Considering the server population, it is not to bad. Cash shop is not pay to win and mostly used for cosmetics or if you want to avoid farming AD bottles or EDP bottles.
