I just downloaded TheosRO and i found the players surprisingly friendly and even the GMs. It is a new server so expect that items are really balanced and equal. Economy is good. What made me stay is ALL ITEMS ARE OBTAINABLE WITHOUT DONATION. I would highly recommend.
