Played for a few months on the server with a few friends and had some fun. The server had lag/input lag alot of the time for all of us (1 person central canada 1 western CAN, 1 northern U.S 1 middle U.S all decent or better internet) While we all enjoyed alot of the fun the game had to offer, after my friends GM interaction trying to get help on a problem (asked for help in support chat, sent to discord,then sent him to the forums) Problem never solved, happened to a second friend, They left.

Sorry to hear that we weren't able to help your friends, we get a lot of support requests on a daily basis and it's only normal for some of them to fall through the cracks.
