first, stability of the server is 9, because since i played here i experienced lag several times but availability is 10 because all may access, register and play for free. Second, community is very friendly when i have encountered a problem and i ask in main chat they readily help me. Also there a lot of events in the sever that players will never be bored. Third, GMs are friendly and helpful because though i never meet them in-game but i see announcement from them from time to time. Economy +1
