I have been playing RO in different Private Servers and I found NovaRO one of the best servers with outstanding characteristics, including friendly and very players. Although I found one GM rude but all the others are very kind and helpful. Using the support channel, I experience waiting only 2-5 seconds before someone will answer my questions. Trading with other players also is a good trait of the server. I have not experienced being taken advantaged of, even they know I am new to the server.
