Blackout RO is back. It just averaged 50 players. WoE is alive with Apostasy and Generics mainly fighting. Just organized a guild and guess what. We can still catch up. PvP is alive and running healthy. BG is always up. New players are farming everyday! Donations items are as balanced as ever. Items are actually easy to obtain and not OP.

This is my first Low Rate server, as a Super High Rate boi I am enjoying this ironically. I love leveling, farming and slowly getting my gears. The community is great, no hints of toxicity. I've been here for quite some time and the GMs are still as sweet and friendly as ever. I recommend this to everyone who wants to play classic Ragnarok Online and relive the good old days.

I really like highrates like this. The server is really great, GMs are active and approachable. The quests are challenging and requires time which is really good because it forces server productivity.
