Played with a guild of friends there for a return. Havent done a server in a few years. Several things were shady about this server: 1. Server itself has hours of time where you can log in but not move or do anything. 2. Population is nowhere near 400. Entirely Vendor fluff. 3. Rerolling class is impossible without spending inordinate amounts of time or spending ~25 USD. 4. Forums are unwelcoming with "old players"- and even sub GMs- being abusive constantly. Would write more but 500 limit.

Low Latency, fast porting and loading, everything nearly all other private servers are not. Every new player has immediately noticed it compared to other p servers (have one several in the past months). Quests from old essence still in tact, careful / balanced future updates still coming out. Fresh start isnt too long or burdensome- feels just right. Seems to be two competitive guilds here atm and playerbase seems to be growing. No sneaky p server population bloat tricks- a natural 75-100.
