They say it is "Pre-renewal" but it is actually RENEWAL "without pre-renewal characters". The mechanics of the game is RENEWAL. Dumb way to get players just by saying your "pre-renewal". This is a great big JOKE. I just played it because it was the only RO that ran in my system.

I feel saying it is really really really bad, I was just I was banned because I accidentally fell asleep and my char is spamming "Angelus skill in town by our company tool we use for automation. Years of playing the game a few hours and it all got incinerated, wish I did not fell asleep that night. The GMs did not even judge it fair.

Only admins can permanently ban someone and I can tell you already that we haven't banned anyone for macro usage recently, so I'm not sure where you're coming from. You can always send in a support ticket to get some clarification if something happened. That said, macro usage like the way you described -is- a bannable offense and is listed as one is the first rules on our server rules page.
