After being off RO for 4 years and having never tried 3rd jobs, I must say that I'm happily surprised with Nova-RO. Not only is it a huge server with over 2000 people most of the time, making it easy and fun to party in instances; it is also a server that is stable and is constantly being worked on. GMs are almost always logged in either on the server or at Discord channel, they are always friendly and are ready to answer any questions or jokes you got. I'll definitely stay at this server!
