Probably one of the best renewal servers out there. Plenty of custom QOL features (especially NovaEXT) that makes this server really really good. GMs do not pander to players, custom changes appear to be logical. Farming is fun, leveling is fun, instances are fun. The only downside (and this is a big one) is the community, which is about as toxic as your average midrate woe/bg server. Stay out of #main and away from the pvp/bg community. Join a friendly chill guild and this server is amazing.

I have been played RO at last for 15 years.I have always pleyed on official servers(EuRo at the first, then,until the closure,on fRo).Now,with my guild (an historical Italian Guild) we moved here on NovaRo.We have lost all our godlys (Asprika and Brynhild, I do not know if we'll be able to rebuild them) and MVP cards, but we have decided to restart here. It is, simply, the best server I've ever played. Well structured and developed. Belive me, it's definitely better than the official servers.Bye

Maybe someone is going to play on this server. there is a lot of people online etc. But listen to me now! U can get ban for nothing from admins. They will say "send ticket on forum". U will do it - they will say ban will stay good luck. Maybe server is fine but admins are BIG JOKE if u want to risk go play there, but remember my words, the most weird game support even Riot is more placable.

Re-reviewing after a year playing. Server is stable, tho crashes occurs especially in WoE and it's not rare to happen. The server is mostly up, but it is HEAVILY LAGGING, server is located at Canada which is not a balance location to host the server as the players are mostly US/EU/SEA. GMs are mostly afk or not doing anything but friendly. Economy is good, no bots. Class balance is sh*t, only few classes are really good both for PvM and PvP. Ex. Star Emp is overpowered while Warlock is trash-PvM

The server is balansed, donat does not affect the gameplay, the playes the adequate, the administration and game helpers are friendly and understanding. Well thoughtout game space, properly balanced rates, characters and skills. Many useful NPCs. There are interesting events and game awards. Play nice and fun.

No server is perfect, all of them have positive points and drawbacks. But NovaRO is objetively THE BEST renewal server of actual times. Fast bug fixes. Updates few months close to KRO. GMs put a lot of effort on it... It has some issues but are OUTSHADOWED by all the positive points.

Probably the most crowded server I ever been since official, even the most player AFK or using dual/triple client, but servers seems lively, GM usually active with their events, but sometimes so laggy, we even have to broke the party because unstable connections. the big problem was unbalanced class, the party usually didn't accept "useless" job like low level blacksmith/rogue etc at gramp, also WL were so weak, even the damage were so low compare to ranger with same budged equips.

Refining is very hard. If you want to be rich, high refine gears then sell to other players is the best option but it will take you a lot of effort and zeny before you made one +10 good gears. If your not doing any in real life and want to be a good strong rich player, then NovaRO is the best for you.

If you search for online merchant class on the NovaRO website, you see that ATLEAST 1k+ ppl are vendors. Look two reviews down and you'll see GM Eclipses review favoring long term players like herself. There are plenty of amazing servers out there that you should give a try. Dont be lured in by a highly reviewed rms server, sh*tty gameplay, and self-absorbed players. The GMs aren't making this server for you, they're making a server that benefits themselves. This is not a server for new players.

What you see is what you get with most mechanics. GMs are not particularly receptive to feedback. In many cases you are not even allowed to voice your concerns. Forum posts and Discord messages get locked or deleted regularly. You will be warned if you engage/continue in an "inappropriate" topic. This might not be an issue if you come from a culture where lack of freedom of speech is the norm. Otherwise this is hugely problematic. Fully expecting the usual attack response from Nova (surprise me)
