A very good classic-style server with extremely friendly and available GMs. They have a chat system with channels, and all of them are used effectively. The GMs will even reply to some things in the #help channel. The community is pretty good, and there are plenty of guilds to pick from.

Best server I played on in years, hands down. I didn't have that much fun playing on a server since XileRO PK in 2006. Been playing on almost all the big servers since then, but never got that much addicted like now. It's probably the huge player base compared to other servers that boosts the economy and competition. It also gives easy access to partying and group play. It's not hard to find others to lvl and play with which is the core of the fun of mmorpgs. GG indeed.

While ggRO is still a very new server, it has gotten off to a great start! There were roughly 900-1000 players at launch, and it has been steadily increasing. The population is currently around 1700 players and has been rising. It's great to have a server that is starting from the beggining days of RO and giving it's players the chance to relive the entire experience. The only downsides so far is the server crashes have been frequent, but the Staff has been working very hard to fix the issues!

The server is amazing and stable now. It's been up one week now and I think I can finally say I'll be playing on this server for a long time. The GM crew is great and the dev team is experienced and quick. Only thing holding the server back, and you can only really tell on the forums, is that it is plagued by career whiners(who hop server to server talking about how the server would be so much better if their ideas were done).It distracts from the otherwise friendly atmosphere.

Server had a couple of days at first where there were constant crashes, but the problem was found and fixed. 100% stable since then. Huge population of 1.4k and growing every day, and there are 3 events going on right now. The idea of implementing episodes regularly for server growth is a great and fun idea. Never thought I'd play RO again, but the server looked really appealing, so here I am.

Server of the decade. Created by HotshotGG, there is 1500+ actives players. Ragnarok oldschool, with people everywhere. A new server which is not going to close soon. No lags with more of 1500 players. A lot of differents guilds from differents country... A great future for ggRO.

Awesome server. I've met some really nice people and enjoy playing on this server very much. I love that its an older episode / pre trans for now and will eventually make it trans and whatnot. Its just a great server overall with a great GM team who obviously cares about whats going on.

This server definitely has potential to be something great. It's been a long time since I have seen a server with so many friendly, active players. There are always people chatting, leveling parties forming, etc. It really gives you the nostalgic feel of RO that is lacking in most other servers. I would absolutely recommend this server for people to try out.

Highest potential new low rate in years, has brought many old players out of retirement and attracted active guilds for the launch. First week stability issues were addressed quickly and the population continues to climb. The server's administration has more resources than that of the average RO server and should have no issue supporting the community for years to come. Will be progressing from pre-trans episodes to pre-renewal, so now is the best time to get in on the action.

New server, most players from iRO Classic moved here. Very satisfied so far, no bots or cheaters yet. You can buy items with real money, but they're strictly cosmetic, they give no advantage to any players. Lots of active members all the time.
