first this server looked promising, many active players, parties, action in woe. the server was also created to be near old offical servers like iro or euro. but the hype soon vanished and the server is now depopulating day by day. This has to do with the community (many lol players which came with hotshotgg, but disliked the game/server on the long run), problems with stability of the server the first month(s), problems between admins and players in the forums. now theres only afkmerchants left

Pros: - Population really, ggRO has an average of 1300 players online. You won't feel like playing alone at any given time. Finding parties is also easy, though they are full most of the time - Slow episodes implementation. If you are looking into experience Ragnarok like the old times, this is the server for you. Cons: - Terrible staff in general. Terrible decisions regarding the server's future. - Abusive GMs, corrupt GMs, no punishment for them what so ever PS: 500 chars? This is 2015 ffs!

quiting because you cant catch core GMs and if you see them they dont answer on support tickets ( only low GMs do), i was waiting for over 30 hours for repsonce and they answered after my forum message.... i was ahcked and they didnt do anything... your account is prepare for hackers... It is good server if you dont count bugs,core gms, bans without reason, harmony bans and sh*tty updates... i would like to play there but i cant because i lost accounts

so here i am again writing a new review about this server. just encountered another problem (regarding harmony ip ban bug) and seems gm's are not that available when you need them most of the time. they have lots of in game staffs so their in real life responsibilities should not be the reason why they were not present when there is a bug happening that needs to be fixed. still a great server but gm's presence is indeed needed. i feel like quitting now.

The server itself is great. U have alot of people, old school parties everywhere and all these kinda things. some stuff sadly turned out not to well. U get ksed everwhere as posted before, some rollbacks/crash( about 4 for me) happened for about an hour which reseted my lvl and items i found. I havent seen to many gms online beside them saying not to spamm main and then they muted about 20 or more and dissappeared again but they are helpful on forums. anyway i think its not my type of server.

Played this Server for 4 Days and i quittet it again. Server itself is great, higher Monster Spawn, good Rates etc. The Reason why i left this Server is that Kill Stealing is Allowed and everybody is KSing you everywhere. If you tell them to stop they just LOL in ur face and keep KS. It's a shame, i have to go back to TalonRO because of this and i will not play on ggRO untill they have @NOKS and a rule against it. Some PPL just do nothings else as KS, even in Forum they tell how great it is.

Client constantly (aprox. every 20-30 min) crashes even after using the Full Installer from the site. I tried using the help chat asking guidance only to be called a scrub due to my lack of knowledge about a game I just started playing.

Well GGRO is a new ragnarok private server and i will say it is a top tier server. I have played this game from its launch date and i will say that everything here is good except for the game masters(or lets say a game master-> (GM KIRA) The economy is stable, the players are friendly, the availability is good, you wont suffer lag spikes like on other servers. But then again, theres a game master here who is a power tripper(GM KIRA) he doesnt listen to the pleas of his players and bans themASAP
