This is a private vanilla server without any customized ways to get better items, [you only have the vanilla items, there is no quest item npc except for Zodiac Items that changes per month]
If you like vanilla servers, you can take a look but there are others as well.
They also have a weird short-view distance for NPC and a little noticeable lag.

I apologize that your experience on Deli was less than sub-par. Within the past month we have made significant changes to our server, including a ton of quests and ways to obtain new headgears. As the description of our server states, we are in fact a Mid-Rate server with a Low Rate feel. Within the coming days we will be introducing a new client, filled with new goodies and increasing the sight distance to NPC's. We'd be happy to see you again if you decided to give us another chance.
