Always available, never been DC'ed, servers are always up. Community is still low but all are friendly and they will surely help you out if you ask properly and nicely. They usually join events when they are on (well there are lots of events every hour or 2 hours in the game)
**GM - Regarding the game masters ratings, they are always available but mostly on discord, they are helpful
Fun quests for items that you need , mostly items are for PVP but can also be used for PVM or for hunting MVP's
