Its been more or less 7 years. This server is still the best out of 20-ish server i've ever played. The pvp, mvp and woe is very balanced. No donation gears, just cute hats and supplies. With the headgear disguise facility, this server is a hat and pvp heaven, now and then. We're lacking online gms and updates though, but the server is still running fine. Come join!

Started in '09 when it was under different management, back when there was regular updates, customs, events, active GMs, etc. eRO is one of the best servers out there in terms of stability and balance. Unfortunately, the downfall for eRO would be its community, players are arrogant and rude - behaviour encouraged by GMs (doing absolutely nothing about this, besides MOST GMs are corrupted - abusing their power and authority. It has been a shame to witness this transition..

This was once a gem of a server that is in dire need of polishing up; it has gathered dust over the years with lack of updating and ultimately many people left. I am not sure what is going on with the staff, but most seem inactive and they need more people if any. Regardless, eRO is very unique; because of this it is still alive, with many decent customs and is fairly fun when you make the most of it. But like I said, it's a gem with dust, with its display crumbling. It needs updating & care.

Although this server has been running for 5 years with only a one-time wipe, this server is a so-so for me. Most of the people online during non-WoE hours are venders. If it's time for WoE, there's only a handful of major guilds competing over the main castles, in both FE and SE. All the little guilds play with each other in those minor castles with bad drops. What I'm saying here is that, GMs here had the tendency to let go of player requests and now the server population is crashing.

Server has alot of problems, i think the people saying the GMs are corrupt must be all trouble makers but the server definitely is in a decline and doesnt seem like it has any intention of being revived. The server seems to be running just out of obligation to the players. And of course the main problem is there are only a few guilds that dominate the servers WOE, theres is no incentive in starting fresh as you wont beat the 3 guilds that have owned the 20 or so castles consistently for years.

This used to be good server like couple years ago when i started playing. But now GM's won't do anything to upgrade the server and there's only one GM online who bans you if you speak the truth about the server and how he uses his power to ban people without a clear reason. Pvp is full of trolls and stupid people who only makes the server worst. Woe is only one guild dominating it. If you are trying to start a new here i don't recommend this server.

It's very fun, but very flawed. Third classes, though a bit buggy, are a blast to play, and there's tonnes of custom headgear quests. If you want to MVP solo or in smaller groups, look elsewhere; they are buffed beyond belief. Unfortunately, this server seems to be in its death throes. The population is dropping and the forums are pretty much a ghost town. The majority of players are tucked away in private maps, and the rest seem to be vendors, so you'll likely have trouble forming parties.

This server lose alot of player these days...but it still good to play for ro lover that love old type of ro...These server lost some player due to the troll on main so avoid the troll and ignore it then it become a good server with balance job and woe/pvp...

This server has sadly declined in popularity during the last couple years, you barely see any English in the main towns which is sad. Constant lag spikes and GM's are barely active but when they are on they just sit and socialize. This server does not use all 3rd class skills which limits woe alot. The economy is fluctuating up and down and player activity is low. Your gonna see alot of AFKs and quiet towns. NOT a server to go if your are looking for a new home but has decent potential for PvM

About 3 years since I came back here, And a lot have change, For a bit worse. Minimal Spikes Lags+crashes, more vendors then usual, Many Veteran players, AFKers, and Trolling but that's expected in many server that lived up this long. Some Class skills are nonfunctional or OP. MVP are buffed for a good reason. GM's are rarely seen but are alright. Very hard to find friendly players for help. WOE are mainly dominated by stronger guilds. I would say that new players will have a rough time here.
