great server dont expect to much help from gms Praetor is great the only GM thats on a lot all mvp maps are pvp enabled 3rd job skills dont work in pvp maps the only "event" is survival arena wich opens every 6 hours woe 1 is fun but sometimes dominated by one guild woe 2 is boring as hell server has been going down a lot again skill discriptions fail since they change skills but not the discription custems and comunity make it worth playing released 3rd job are equal to dodler sprite

Server is usually up and quite rarely crashes people on eRo arent too friendly pvp usually pure ganging and there's only 1 pvp room. Gamemasters are great and very helpfull when they are on but they are not on too often. well there isnt perfect class balance jobs like star gladiator sucks pretty much in pvp but is the best mvp killer , magic ninjas got nerfed long time ago pretty much useless now, WS,champ,prof,paladin,linked gypsy/clown,sinx being better than other jobs in pvp Customs=balanced

Okay. So this server was pretty good when it comes to lag, a few lag spikes here and there but nothing too serious. The server was always up. Most people were friendly, some were...eh. The GMs were rarely on, but the ones who were on always insisted to ask if help was needed, they were also pretty friendly with a few of my jokes. The economy was excellent. Not too expensive, not too cheap. Guild competetion was average, class balance...LOL. Not one of the worst servers, not one of the best 6/10.

Pretty decent server overall. Lots of players and guilds, there's minigames, and its one of the most up to date servers I've played on. GMs aren't always around, but IRC channel can be used to contact them easily. GM events seem rare, but WoE is 3 times a week. Unfortunately suffers from lagspikes every so often, and the economy is somewhat inflated, with gear and cards often selling for millions of zeny. Server is almost always online tho, and has many custom items, quests and skill mechanics.

First off on the stability.... it blows seriously freelagz every 3 or 4 mins. Had to argue with a person to get help to fix a problem. haven't seen a gm on since i started the server and from what ive seen the economy is extremely inflated. and btw people are always tryin to recruit for Woe.

A few months after the wipe in 2008, the server is okay. Minor lags every couple 5 or more minutes. rare random server crashes. 50% of the players are vendors, 60% rude active players, rest are AFK, leveling, chatting or hunting.Better read Forums for info, then asking active players. Good Challenging Custom Quest and Leveling. GM's are sometimes on and sometimes helpful. WOE is on the borderline of okay. Must have at least SAK 1210 and RAG 1210 or Full Client to avoid major errors.

Tengo mas de un año jugando en ester server. Me ha gustado mucho. He pensado en salirme del server debido a que tiene un problema con las cuentas viejitas, se estan blokeando, el server dice ke la contraseña es incorrecta aunque este bien, si tienes la misma ip ke usaste la ultima vez que entraste te deja entrar aunke este ekivocada la contraseña. no puedes resetear la contraseña, un gm tiene ke hacerlo por ti y estos brillan por su ausencia. NO PUEDES JUGAR HASTA KE TE RESETEEN EL PASSWORD.

well the server itself is nice with the 3rd classes and all, a lot of quests but there the same ol "bring these items" quest that can get really boreing and tedious. personally i judge a server by its players and this server 9 out of every 10 players are really mean, the mvp maps are pk maps wich is kinda cool if you were actually fighting over the mvp but a lot of players will go to these maps and kill low lvls tryin to lvl for no reason and it makes new players kind of frustrated.cant recomend

Was few weeks in essenceRO but while that nothing catched my mind to stay. Personal reasons made my last straw to not stay. Mainly because I don't like 3rd class which they has. Customs and all are fine, but something good is missing that would make me love it.

Very very unfriendly server combined with excessive cheats makes EssenceRO not worth it. Within days of joining I had many experiences with PKs, excessive PVP maps where people kill first class characters hunting for gear and GMs spamming their personal conversations on nothing RO related really ruined it. If you google essence on youtube there are hack money codes and the economy is pretty insane.
