This server was good time go, now they have many problems. The Stability is more and less good sometimes is poor because of crashes of 1 completely day. GM are not so friendly, no available and not helpfull. Economy is fine if you know how to get money. WoE not a lot of people PvP you cant do pvp cause then you get hacked. Event just seek & hide LOL The only good thing for me are the people you met. The server is good for a little fun if you want a server to grow up look for another server.

Server owner holding empty promises. Incapabale GM Teams with their biased judgement. Innocent people being banned, cause of stupid ASSUMPTION from the awesome GM Team. So called Special Request, never been taken care off. No point in Appeal Section if GMs are already biased. Racist GMs with their Egos, ESPECIALLY the Enforcement GMs.

If you're looking for anything other than socializing, EssenceRO is a dead server. GM corruption is at an unprecedented level, and any attempt to talk to them gets either a deleted thread or an ignored personal message. WoE is a total joke, the real WoE community left after WoE revamp changes were promised, and not delivered after nearly a year of promises. The server looks very professional, and first impressions are outstanding, but as a veteran, I can safely say Essence has fallen quite far.

Server died after 12/09. 1000+ for WoE is a LIE. WoE population barely hits 100 now. Staff banning people for no specific reason (Same reason every time: WPE). Economy: trash. Class Balance: trash. Staff: Very incompetent (except 1 new good GM). WoE/BG/PvP competition: Nonexistent. Updates: Nothing for gameplay, just hats and more hats. Community: Full of idiots who only want to change PvM mechanics and not WoE/BG. Overall, don't come here expecting competition. Expect hats. Lots of hats. -1.

On a positive note, this server is good for aesthetic value (custom hats more than enough), probably for those who play for giggles. Subsequently, there seems to much focus on customs, updates does more harm than good and takes ages to be fixed. WoE is terrible in terms of competition, since there arent enough skilled players and people are expecting to be guided. Some GMs doesnt have RO/WoE/PVP/BG knowledge,some are corrupt and just plain bad at decision making. Very easy to win on this server

I've been on this server for 2 years+, and I have to say, its changed alot. This server was high in competition, having multiple guilds being competitive. Now, it seems that there is just 2 guilds with high competition, ofcourse this is the players and not the admin (who has been afk for about 5 months +) GM staff is terrible, with GMs who don't log in ingame and show the players who they are and what they do. Maintenance happen finally after 5months. ERO in 08 was great, now I'd have to say no.

EssenceRO used to be a great server, but now its just full of trolls. the class balance for EssenceRO isnt even CLOSE to balance. EssenceRO "Used" to be a great server back then. I've been playing on this server for over a year and back then the server was balanced, friendly, and eventful.

Compared to other servers its "not" that bad..just depends on what a person is looking for. Definitely not a woe server. Woe is complete trash on this server and people are more focused on making hats. Almost every single GM is COMPLETELY useless including the head GM. Nothing almost ever gets done and 70% of the updates that does get done does more harm then help. Also the server constantly goes down and can take hours to go back up for no reason. The lag in woe is also horrid.

A server that once held the crown of top rated midrate has slowly descended into the realm of trash. WoE is an absolute joke and the administration won't take the steps needed to fix it, even after countless attempts by the community to change things. Economy is terrible, MvP cards in constant influx. GMs have literally no idea on WoE mechanics and continue to abuse their powers with no consequence. Changes are always promised but never delivered. A fine server if all you want to do is make hats

Extremely unfriendly server which is mainly controlled by elitist veteran players. MVP's are usually camped by the same people. PVP mode on all MVP maps brings out the nasty nature of the people. PKing is frequent even if a character is just there to train. Classes aren't really balanced. Warlocks can obtain IC fairly easy and are overpowered. GM's aren't that active. The server was once down for a whole weekend without any message or explanation from the GM team.
