Always stables, always up. BG reduced to 3v3 for availability with reduced pricing. The community has fallen since re-opening and continues to do so, leaving a chunk of the newer RO players and fewer experienced players. You're either "with" the popular ones, or against them. No economy, no WoE, boring PvP Custom quests/story are few, but in progress and interesting. Automated events are fun as well as the occasional GM-hosted events. If you have an actual problem, help is fast.

I have played on this server before it closed and it has become really better than it was. Theres always a Gm there to help you, they answer your support tickets within the day you post them. Theres always an event or events going on. People are very friendly very helpful, as you make a character the name of it gets posted on main and everyone is happily greeting you. Theres alot of custom maps monsters, it makes the server different from other ones, theres more stuff to come. Please join!

one month stay in this utopia ro is totally awsome. . . with it beautiful main custom main town and nice lvling system, its really fulfill my desire one month here. . . this server also got it own hunting mission quest that really help the lvling and with reasonable exp bonus. . . now i already got the ro im looking for. . . see u guys in the game. . . pm me if u there. . . this is my name . . .

I <3 this server! The only time it's down is for maintenance, and that's for less than 20-30 minutes, the staff is so quick with that sort of things. The player base is still growing, as it's only been up for about a month. The staff come on sometimes and do events which are always fun. The economy and guilds are a little wonky still, but that will smooth out with time. Running out of room, gonna make a forum post. ^_^

I have played on this server for a month now and I am glad to make it my permanent home. Between the many daily events and the Friday Social events ( which let you meet new and veteran players ) I feel that this server should be the home to many new and old players alike. I am sure there is something for everyone here. The custom maps are great fun and the many people already present on the server also.
