The server is VERY stable.
Havent seen it go done in quite a while and its updated frequently.
There are channels ingame to talk with the RO communtiy.
U can ask them for help if any problem occurs. They are very helpful.
Friendly Gms. Tho they are not always available.
The no. of events has decreased recently tho..

Everything about this server is great. Puts it in the top ranks, probably best server I've ever played on. The owners did an amazing job putting it up. But the community sucks terribly. Some guilds on the server makes playing there no fun whatsoever. However, still props to the owners and the GM team for an amazing server.

its a cool server, the GMs are nice and helpful... WoE is nice and got better castle drops (who wants chain mail ~.~)
having lag sometimes, but mostly its kinda lagfree.
there are very useful @commands (like a killsteal protection or a vending shop item search)
no overpowered donations
class balance is kRO but with skill reset

In my opinion Legacy RO has to be one of the greatest server's i've played on. The thing i noticed most about this wonderful server is that the people are extremely nice and there are no super rigged donation items.
If you want go play in a friend, fair, and balanced server, Legacy RO is for you! =D

I started playing on this server two months ago and my experience until now are very positiv.
The server is well populated and has a nice communitiy with friendly GMs.
Rates are high enough to make leveling comfortable, but not boring.
So if you are searching a good low rate server you should definitely try LegacyRo.
