serioully... the blackout sever is getting a bit ok... well the chracter stat should up alittle so we can have abit point to train... btw the place ... you guys should put on PVP mode to all fild... kinda be fun if we see and kill those who framing ... mostly like mjolnir_03 they framin day so eays to disturb them .. so GM's if can is nice to have a PVP mode open area to all fild .. that was my coment ... Server that has balanced donation items. Greatly demands skills, ping, and experience to dominate. Event(rarely occur) items needed for some custom items. Friendly community with many players willing to lend a helping hand. Game Masters are often unavailable in game, but are contactable via Forums. Eastern players tend to lag when War of Emperium(WoE) occurs. Third job classes are unavailable for certain features of the game, like WoE. These jobs are unbalanced, and many bugs are not fixed.

I have played different private server but Blackout RO stands among all of them. The GM's are very approachable and friendly, they have stable server compare to others, the economy is also stable. I would definitely suggest this to all my friends...

My Comment To this Game: this Game is a really Great game if you compared to high & low server RO. For me Some GM Are Friendly & not, the lack of this game are they need to find a American GMs are more Mature,Helpful,kind,Polite,Responsiblity to solve the problems from the games to have communications & ralationships ect all the positive stuff to have family, & The Best is Anti Hack thats the awesome part. & also they need to fix the Event with the balance that for weekends only. Thank you.

The server itself is great but the people who run it are awful. The GMs never help anyone and when they do they do it in the rudest way. I rated guild competition a four because it is slowly dying out because of the bad staff people. Once upon a time there were so many guilds here but now its just about dead. Events never happen and the forums are full of so called "elitists". The plus side is that the server is always up and rarely lags. The economy is okay with zeny still having meaning.

I've played in this server for a month and these are my opinions about BRO: 1. Nice equipment (A lot of wings, Headgear, & other custom eq) 2. Archer become very powerful here. I can't help it ^^ 3. There is woe for 2nd job.(I hope BRO will provide woe for 3rd job) I have a comment for "Rate My Server" too. When i read server info, there is incomplete info. There are no detail about "equip drop, card drop, MVP eq drop, MVP card drop, & Max ASPD" for BlackoutRO. New Player needs detail info.thx

No server is without it's bad, for BlackoutRO I believe the good outweights the bad. There's drama between players, but which server doesn't? The community is friendly given that it's average population is above 800. There's no perfect server on Earth, but if you want a balanced pvp oriented server, I definitely recommend BlackoutRO.

I've been playing this game for 4 years and till now, i loving it and playing it with great friends.. always enjoy WoEs, it never fails me to enjoy the game.. i would say if you haven't tried it yet. better give it a shot.. believe me.. you won't regret it.

I Still enjoy playing. Why? Because having such a friendly community, good WOE, Real Balanced in Classes and I even found real friends out here. I tried quitting for 2 times already. But i still came back and played again and I still enjoyed the gameplay. Events here are so limited. Only continous built-in events. Before there were a lots of events that were hosted by the moderators. But now i feel like they don't make events anymore.
