Been playing this server for 7-8 years, 1st and 2nd year of server was epic awesome till new GMs admin changed... everything start crashing down server is boring now compared b4, i have to wait for 5years for support ticket until now im still waiting havent been resolve.... yet they promise all players last march 14 2013 that they have away to resolve it quickly but till now theirs nothing happening at all...... and Gms are only doing favors for those players close to them!

We have never, and never will handle things based on who a player is. Yes the old system for tickets left a lot open for quite a while but we have re organized to prevent this from happening again. It will take a while to get through the backlogged tickets but we are working through them. As for the server being boring, we have been constantly making updates and additions, if there is something else you would like to see we are open to suggestions for future additions.

Server is really stable and can always connect, population is low. It'll say 130 people, but are mostly vends or dual clients.
PvP is dead, will be the only one in the room for hours until a random hidden player comes in and leaves. Duels can be intense and fun! WoE was great as well.
GM's dont stick to their policy, you can get away with stuff depending on how popular you are. Have to wait weeks for support and requests. Good luck :D

We are working on keeping constant updates and improvements to help increase the population. With that PvP and WoE will pick up as well. The GMs have not, and will not, ever base judgements on a players "popularity", if you feel something was not handled in accordance to the rules please do make a ticket to discuss it. Depending on the type of request it usually takes 2-3 days to process a ticket, for more complex problems it can take a bit longer of course. Thank you for the review!
