Being eager to try out RP-ing in RO, I chose this server to see how it would be like. What I found was an empty server (being on the Asian part of the world I'd assume everybody's on the other side). There were no quests or economy whatsoever, and it was pretty lonely in there. However, I can see from the forums, IRC, and server lurking at day, that the server is pretty active, and the RP-ing solid and well-made. Even though I'm pretty much alone there, I'm willing to give this server a chance.

Agharta caught my attention cause irc/ingame had strong numbers. There was one gm there that made me excited to play! Sadly, the rest of the community is too involved into their past experiences or current trends to even acknowledge newbies. They were friendly in irc, but I wanted rp (that I attempted to drag out of folks to no-avail). This server itself ( gameplay) was fun to play around on, cause of the obscenely high rates- lots of lag. I was left yearning for rp that I never got.

To those who play for the game: There is nothing particularly wrong/amiss with this server. The rates are alot of fun for return users, while the warp agent and diverse zones are both fun and convenient. For people who selected this server for any RP reason, this is one I would not recommend for anyone. The community is closed off in it's own plotline, which takes either in game influences or breaking through a very cliqued wall which seems to support the already active userbase. Try another

This is one of the better RP servers out there. Everyone on the IRC is helpful and the GMs are always on and ready to help. Sometimes things get a little slow in-game but that happens on every server. Usually there are around 15-20 people online at once. Come and join, there is always somebody awake because of the diverse time zones :D

This is easily one of the best role-playing experiences I've found on RO thus far. Drama is kept to a minimum, events are fairly common, and the setting is rather well-written. The community is friendly, but a bit difficult to break into at first (Though that could honestly be said of anywhere.) Economy and guild competition mechanics are both basically non-existent, but not really applicable, and are thus given median ratings.

An extremely fun Rp server, the staff is pretty amazing, there are events and subplots aplenty. While the competition between members is pretty low, it doesn't stop people from playing together. This is a Roleplaying server though, those who are interested in strictly endgame contect, or pvp. This may not be the server for them.

Agharta is the youngest of Fortuna's many children. Despite their heritage, the server is almost completely devoid of Authorspace drama, something for which I am thankful. The real work gets done in subplots, which are often GM facilitated. The community is also gigantic for an RP server, easily hitting 20 people per day -on average-. The people are surprisingly nice, but this server is still riding with its training wheels. Now is a good time to get in on the ground floor!

AghartaRO is a great roleplay server with a friendly community, something rare in RP servers these days. Gamemaster have always bee available in the IRC channel, and have always helped with any problems the users may have. There's no PVP, WOE or economy whatsoever, but equips and cards have a reasonable drop rate. The hat amll is not only a great idea, but a great in-game currency sink to keep a balance. The story is interesting, with events and subplots going, pretty active.

Good server. Fun. Youll fit right in with the other players and the games stable enough for you to play all day long if that is your choice. Youll be able to find friends quiet fast even if your a quiet shy person. Just come by and say hi :D

its a nice world to role play, i admit the problem is the starting. the download is real sad, but playing makes happy again. evryone is realy in his characters personality, no sudden chages to me so far.
