I've been a player on GatheringRO for a while and the server itself and availability are amazing for the most part. Theres daily lag, like most servers, and the occasional fierce lag spike that always hits at the most inopportune moment but its not an all day every day thing.
There are a lot of GMs on gRO but they're rarely in game where there help is needed which can be a problem and several of them are unable to help you in game. Its extremely difficult for new players.

The server is good as a server to play, very little lag, practically no downtime. The server has a very tight knit community which it is very difficult to get "in" with. A lot of the new players get shunted and ignored, if not flamed.
9/10 for the server, customs and GMs.
4/10 for the people on the server.

Server - Has never been down for me, rarely lags unless someone in my house is messing with the connection.
Community - Great people here and there, but a lot of trollers.
GMs - They are nice but from where I live, usually none of them are on. It would probably help if I was living in the same time zone as most of the GMs.
Economy - If you learn how to hunt, you can catch up.
Guild - Some are..a bit difficult to beat. Good challenge though.
Class - Sinx > Classes. Learn to play the Sinx to win.

Decent server with most of the time 300+ players are online. Lag most of the time but fun as they provide random events and stuff. Sometimes GM on to provide exciting event for only a short while. Rather unfriendly community who talks non-sense and KS-ing here always happen even if you turn @noks ON. Saw in the website, Sin X are overpowered, hence class balance is not a good thing unfortunately.

This server got worse from day to day, senior players and "life wasters", as I call them, are the only ones who are able to play on this server and it's always been like that. The quests/droprates are on a midrate server rate and this kcufs up the whole economy, as some items are almost as much worth as mid-tier MVP cards. Even though I hate this server, I love it. It's great, but it's horrible. You should find out if you like it or not on your own and not rely on this review, it's just my view.

I have played gathering4 half year and i reli enjoy it as my friend intro me dis server wich he's playing.his guildmate was all totally friendly and helpful to me,i reli love dem.wile about the other player,some just aren't friendly enuf and like to boast about their donation item(i don't donate to play private server but i rate and vote).about the wipe out,i was disapointed by it bt its gud that inbalance of economy showed up.1word to me-i luv the community!!

The server is good and worth trying.
The WOE is good with a lot of guilds.
The players are friendly and the custom quests are challenging and fun.
The drawback is that the GM's are active only for a short time but there are a lot of events which is good.
The only missing part is the MVP arena.
A server to be tried.

most of the aspects of this server is decent to really good. theres more than 250 online at any time, server seldom lags, but I am concerned with the fact that MVP Cards can be acquired thru donations, which creates a big issue with regard to gameplay. Cos either MVP cards will be too many, or chosen few who happen to have money to spare become OP with a lot less time for actual grinding/farming.

KS still available. And MVPs still owned by the seniors. Newbies got no place for growing. GMs can't available for at least 18~20 hours, so @request can't be useful sometimes.

Server has okay rates and mostly official customs, which I think is classy! Little downtime, rather lag free; GMs have been fairly active. However, a few qualms I have are some of the ridiculous custom quests, fail economy and absurdly easy MVPs. Honestly, MVPs are supposed to be a challenge, not something you kill in one hit!
