Pretty damn mediocre. The population size is static at 15-20, and the players are either quiet as hell or pointlessly boisterous. There is no real guild competition, because nobody knows how to MvP and the WoE results rely purely on which guild happened to have more people online at the time. The donations are horrendous, especially for a Low Rate. I doubt even a Mid Rate could get away with having a custom slotted accessory that's the equivalent of 2 Orleans Gloves. Don't waste your time.

The server seems reasonable enough, but I didn't see anything particularly special about it. I expected more people online for how many reviews it has had so far. No customization (as far as I could tell) is better than bad customization, but it just felt a bit bland for as few people as I could see. Likely will be better if it gets a player base going. No economy or competition to speak of.
