Ahm. I'm gonna throw my suggestion since I think this game is open for suggestions.
I think you should lessen the price for the Reset NPC because it's too high for a server that's so hard to earn zenies. Yes, there's a free reset but how about in skills? I can't find it. If I'm mistaken, please correct me. Thanks.

the server quite balanced, have automated event which makes every player enjoy. The server have cool headgear can get from event, quest and donated shop, Economy and zeny been control nicely and other more fun stuff

The server is a brand new server and the rates & mechanics make it a very promising server for old and new players alike. However, there are major issues that need to be worked out if the GM ever hopes to have a population over 50. The owner needs to make small changes over time to help the server grow in it's infancy but refuses to do so for any good reason. The best thing here is the world PK. Once you reach lvl 80, you are flagged for PvP outside of towns. It's balanced and keeps things fun.

Server has the potential to be extremely interesting, however fails on many parts. Its game design regarding loot and MVPs doesn't make any sense, and the custom "balancing" contradicts itself way too often. The only reason I would consider staying is for the PKing aspect, which can easily be found on other servers. The server could potentially be good if the GM would consider adjusting some things, but refuses to do so due to moot points.

The server is new, so guild competition and the economy are low, but that's to be expected. My main problems are the fact the GM is almost never around, and expects players to post all issues on the forums, rather than in real time. In addition, the drop rates have been heavily customized and make no sense. Glove [1] has a 0.25 drop, while Orleans Glove [1] drops at 0.80. Keeping in mind, AK cards drop at 1.25% at the same time. It's confusing and takes away from what could be a fun server...
