nexusro handles things a bit differently in a way that actually works for a lot of players. rmt is player to player but the cash shop stays strictly cosmetic so theres no p2w invloved. it also feels like the server takes into account people who dont have hours to grind anymore but still want to enjoy the game and progress at a reasonable pace. rmt is always going to exist on any server anyway whether its allowed or not so having it properly moderated instead of hidden feels safer

fair server for true RO lover, no dual, no 4r tool / macro, no botting / autoattack feature, no p2w broken cash item, loving this server 1 week in. Great QOL such as healer npc with AB buff free, warper npc, extra exp for partying yet still vanilla enough such as questing for job change, rebirth, dungeons

I've been playing on this server before it was called Payon Stories and I love the class reworks and custom maps. The server made weaker builds have their own niche e.g. AutoBlitz Hunter(my first char was a Battle priest and it was so much fun!). I loved their take on the reworked gunslinger, and i hope trans will also be a similar success :) The server lacks pvp and WoE is on pause as devs are focused on trans, both issues will be remedied when trans releases and with a higher pop so come join!

It's a great server and really the only server, aside from Payon Stories, that provides that classic low-rate Ragnarok feel. Most other servers have too much customization and/or high rates (where u make rebirth in 1 day and all low level content is skipped) in my opinion. The class balance changes are mostly very good, allowing for more diverse builds and playstyles without anything being overpowered. The only ones I didn't like are the Taekwon classes. Item and card adjustments are great.

The server is quite laggy. This has been reported to the GMs multiple times and they attempted to fix it by downgrading the auto-attack. The economy has been poorly moderated. They attempted to boost the zeny price by decreasing the number of mobs in a map while their streamers buy zeny as pocket change. It was fun at the start but at the end, it all seems like a waste of time.

Old player here. I initially loved VRo, Cleared all content from ET,MVP,KVM,WOE,etc Sadly serv is no longer what it was. Despite claims of active and listening staff, player feedback is mostly ignored while questionable decisions keep being made w/o explanation. Many suggestions to revitalize server receive no response or flame from gm, and players leave as result. With KVM, woe closed, little content left and no listening from gm, server feels empty. A real shame server had huge potential

I'm not someone who lie or talk lightly, I had a blast on this server for a little while <3. Now i'll go straight to the point, one ( or more ) of the GM is friend with a small group of players, and they get HUGE benefits, get away with breaking the rules like nothing happened. Some have exploited the server, others are using bots in pvp/pve. Also, One of the GM is not suited for this role, he takes suggestions too personally and act on feelings mostly. Won't be chocked if money is involved. NO.

ArkangelRO exceed my expectation. Active WoE, Competitive MPV Scene, growing population, and staff that actually delivers. The LAN events proved their commitment. Highly recommended! Try it and you wont regret it.

Nasty toxic server. Lots of bots and pinoy players. Previously i gave a bad review, now ill give a better one because after that review, trash talked continued on their #main chat even when the pinoy GMs are looking. Definitely not the server i'd recommend. Too much farming, too confusing and alot of "welcomes" here but once you see their true colors, youll definitely not stay.
