For each Refine Level of Black Circle or Heart Whip:
Increases damage of Metallic Sound by 5%.

When equipped with Antique Cello or Scarlet Ribbon:
Increases ranged physical damage by 10%.

For each Refine Level of Antique Cello or Scarlet Ribbon:
Increases damage of Severe Rainstorm by 10%.

When equipped with Wind Gale:
Increases ranged physical damage by 10%.

For each Refine Level of Wind Gale:
Increases damage of Severe Rainstorm by 10%.
