Decreases fixed cast time by 0.2 seconds.

When equipped with Cannon Rapier-OSAD:
Decreases Genesis Ray skill cooldown by 1 second.

For each 2 Refine Levels of Cannon Rapier-OSAD:
Increases damage of Genesis Ray by 7%.

When equipped with Rutilus Stick-OS:
Decreases Psychic Wave skill cooldown by 1 second.

For each 2 Refine Levels of Rutilus Stick-OSAD:
Increases damage of Psychic Wave by 7%.

When equipped with Ultio-OSAD:
Increases magical damage with Holy element by 7%.

For each 2 Refine Levels of Ultio-OSAD:
Increases damage of Judex by 5%.
