Increases damage of Fire Rain by 10%. For each 3 refine levels: ATK +6, ASPD +10% (After attack delay -10%). Refine Level +7: Increases damage of Fire Rain by additional 15%. Increases damage of Round Trip by 10%. Refine Level +9: Decreases Fire Rain skill cooldown by 2 seconds. Refine Level +11: Increases damage of Fire Rain by additional 25%.
