Devs don't understand what made the server great back then, the legacy, even if OP, from it's parent server. Gears, mechanics, instances, even Bragi was nerfed. Each passing year donating becomes a more attractive option because the rest of the game shrinks, by design. Really old client. Bias and inside information. BG is subpar, WoE small and very expensive compared to other servers, leveling and farming parties a shadow from when I started. Upside is the stable, midsized, polite population.

Good overall server. Good uptimes but sometimes spike. Economy is going bad. Pvp is being worked on (only BG), woe still suck. Eden is a good addition for new players. GMs are mostly cool except for one subGM with bad behaviour. When asked for prize for an event she hosted she said "wait for your free money" not realizing people worked hours for that. And when people give feedback on event she replied with "dont join if you dont like". And other instances of her you can see on discord. Just rude

First of all, while the overall review is supposed to be positive, i am obligated to point out some of the bad points on this server. On the outside, TalonRo looks like a nice pre-renewal low rate server with vanilla rules but after playing for a while, you begin to notice some of the shady sh*t thats been going on behind the scenes. The class balance is mediocre and could be better (game is dominated by 3 classes) the economy is being artificially kept low because of the Donate/Vote Shop etc.

3 years player here, talonro is a fun experience for me for these 3 years even when i'm busy, the server still there, people still there. It is a good server pvm wise and community wise. PVP wise? not so active sadly, bg is closed until revamp done, which already 1 year yet it will be on beta this sunday, connection issues also lately, mass dc happens quite often, which ruin many party play, and still no follow up regarding that issue nor compensation. which is sad.

This server is mainly focused on PvE, WoE is just a tag game between 2-3 guilds, no BG altho they're planning to implement. Economy is imo good with some exceptions. The biggest letdown is balance - if u want to compete in pvp (and in future BG) u need most likely their custom made "pseudo God like" items and my personal letdown is that to "balance" DPS from other classes (namely Sniper, HW, Creo, Champ) they nerfed support classes (Clown/Gypsy, HP).

Same comment as yuuki !!!! This is just a PVM server and it doesn't fit well into PvP, WoE, BG scenarios. MvP competition is low. Donate and buy all SQI, LKH and MvP cards. I don't know how it went to the top. Only come here when u think that stability is important and availability throughout the year is required. 1500+ online and 700-800 afk vendors. Hardly, u will find 300 active people playing but doesn't take u anywhere unless u are well equipped for doing end game stuff. Honest review !!!

Based on exp, the server is stable, most of the player are friendly, however, what makes this server bad is the SQI and KAHO (God items), basically every player are requires to have sqi or kaho to join any end game raid(GMC, ET) or else party will just ignore you. PVP, WOE and BG is dead, been waiting for BG to return but it appears it wont. basically the server is just a PVM server/Farming server, and when you already tried everything you will eventually get bored and quit.

I found my accounts banned because of a new rule of no multiple accounts and it has to be under a game account. Why does it cost 5 talon coins to uncard something? I paid a lot of coins to buy the doppelganger card but now I can't use it on any other class because I put it on my gun for my gunner. It's hard to find a place to level with my 2 group of friends without having any quests like the eden group quests from iro. I wish I had more characters to type, I've been playing since AnimaRO.

Coming back as an old player from the original server split, tRO has come a long way. I want to leave my review as unbiased as possible,as there pros & cons to every server. tRO has great customs,& wide availability of PvM content. The problem with tRO is the lack of PvP/WoE content or focus, the unkept promise of BG. Which leaves classes like Prof,Clown,Gypsy missing in action where they should shine. The GMs focus more on repetitive pvm instances & selling costumes instead of real content.

Though at first glance it looks like a low rate server, TalonRo does not play nor function like one. The immense availability of mvps cards and god items, resetter, etc, hurts the 99/70 feel A LOT. Everyone can have whichever godly equips they want in 2 months or less, so game becomes unbalanced. Classes like Prof, Clown, Paladin are RARE to find. Why are those items so easy to get? because they are sold for Talon Coins (buyable from other players with zeny, won by voting, donating) at an NPC.
