This player (Player A) reported another player (Player B) for backing out on a "deal". tl;dr: Player B offered Player A an item and a certain amount of zeny for the item they were selling. Player A accepted. Player B had to check their bank to make sure they had enough zeny. Unfortunately they missed 1 million zeny and apologized. Player A then decided to report them for that, which was obviously denied. That apparently makes Player B "close" to the GMs.

First off, thank you for your review. Rest assured that we take real sexism, harassment and discrimination very seriously. In your particular case, multiple GMs of both genders have determined that nothing serious was happening. On top of that, you escalated what was a very minor event in something way too big. We understand that not always getting your way is not nice, but by reviewing matters by multiple GMs, we try to give as much of an objective view as possible on matters. Have a nice day.

Hey there, thanks for your review! Please remember that item price is based on supply and demand. If people are willing to pay a lot for a certain costume, that is their right to do so. Many, many new updates, items and features have been added every single month, something for everyone really :). Furthermore, Champions are among the strongest and most versatile classes on our server (and RO in general), used in pretty much every party. We hope you find a server better to your liking. RMS already deleted one of this person's review due to their false claims. As you can see from our website and in-game, the server is more alive than ever with more people joining every day and often flirting with 2000 players online at the same time. You will find plenty of people to party with and items to purchase and sell. You will not regret it. :)

Thank you for your review. If what you are saying is true, our entire RMS review section as well as our Discord channels would be spammed by people complaining about the same thing. However, it's only you mentioning it, nobody else. Unfortunately we cannot control the internet and especially during these times with Covid-19 going around, lots of people are on the internet.
