Our events strive to be enjoyable for all, and aren't designed as Zeny farming machines as the point is to obtain something special you can't buy with Zeny! Item diversity actually is quite expansive, with a wide variety of competitive offerings; there are some innovative builds as well! Events are indeed part of the challenge and meant for fun, as are our finely tuned mechanics. The challenge may not be for everyone, so we hope you find what you're looking for!

Certainly sorry to hear that you feel the latency from Asia is bad for you, however the majority of Asian players have no difficulty, so we'd be happy to troubleshoot your connection! The GM team is often in-game - working in the background, answering requests, and providing technical support. Bans, when they are issued, always are the result of a thorough, data-driven investigation. If you ever have a problem, a support ticket appeal is always welcomed. Thanks again!

Many of our other reviews below mention that the Reward System provides an equitable and efficient way to earn many items and coins through lots of methods, not just through donation. In fact, we encourage you to check out some of the minigames and other methods for that! The GM team takes a hard line stance against favoritism and corruption of any sort, and we would welcome any proof to that end if you believe this is taking place. Thanks all the same for your time!

Sorry to hear that your experience with the community hasn't been great, but the tRO community is quite a wonderful place on the whole - with lots of players in our experience willing to help, chat, party, and play together with you as a new friend! In cases of severe rule violations, we do issue bans - but only after considerable evidence has been presented and confirmed. It can be an uphill climb on a low-rate to achieve greatness, but we know that you'll get there! :)

Hey there! What you described is a bug introduced with one of our patches. I wholeheartedly apologize for that. However, we quickly fixed that issue with a reboot. :) Everything should be back to normal.
