Perfect server to chill and relax. It is truly a nostalgia server for me, and I think for the majority of the community. I like that they progress slowly with new content, making it more a journey than a race. Also they study carefully the updates they add to avoid game breaking content. We all know that the official servers are now a clown fiesta with random overpower items and updates. GMs are great, no donations whatsoever, party incentives, and true to a classic RO experience.

there's very rich Middle east Prince / princes, he / she's bored and has tons of money, instead bought a lamborgini or invest on oil rigs. at least thats what i've heard.. He/she built a Ragnarok server and treat it like a corporate, you could see how it has very unique Game Client, how complete it's own control panel for players, Built in Proxy tunnel for SEA players, Gitlab, API Access.. they must've been invest tons of money. and the most ridiculous on top of that.. THEY DON'T ACCEPT DONATION

Tired of all p2w shenanigans? Want a server with some quality of life features like autoloot, chat channels, kafra teleportation relaying? With a living market and stability? Some nice party bonus? I would you recommend you join OriginsRO. I joined recently and I am very happy with how things are going.

If there's one thing oRO does well it's balance; No donations of any kind, no god items, no bots and economy-preserving steps have been taken including nerfing donation-inducing drops like sleepers such that the economy is better for the 7 year old server than it is for most 1 year old pservers. I really can't emphasize enough the "no donations" part. Ragnarok is AMAZING when it isn't p2w. If you see someone with powerful gear you know they worked damn hard to get it and you can respect that.

Origins is a great server if you’re looking for a classic experience. I’ve been playing since Covid & origins really restored my faith in finding a good, fun classic to experience. Economy is stable, and woe is very active. Leveling at 5x rates is pretty easy, and their is always the option of partying. Minus the few notable trolls, the origins community is friendly. I highly recommended origins!

Started this server during the Corona Outbreak and haven't stopped playing until the writing of this review. The good - no bots (that i've seen), no donations, balanced economy, active and helpful GMs who put in hard work despite it being wholly voluntary. The bad - recent changes to the party dynamics. Before the latest patch, party play was always preferred to solo play, which was very nice. Now, it's no longer he case, but I have faith that the GMs will find the solution. Hence, I stay. Peace

I've been playing OriginsRO for 6months plus. The server owner and developer did a great job at keeping the server in good condition. Game economy is stable, players are helpful (try to ask a question at #main, you will get instant good respond regarding char build,farming,info etc etc),big guilds competitive WOE. If you're looking for custom/latest kRO content, this server may not suit you ; If you're looking for nostalgia RO experience like me, definitely give this server a try.

i played on this server about 1 year. and i am very comfrotable on this server. who do not use the donation system. making this ragnarok very belanace without any donation system. like donation gear equipment. "not pay to win" i am very happy to able to play here :)

If you're looking for the most balanced, great economy, as close to vanilla as possible and very friendly community than this is the server for you! Players will usually answer any question no matter how many times asked! Server will never be renewal or have 3rd classes. Economy is very balanced, events are not overused and are still around the corner! Parties are a big thing in this server which will allow you to make friends in no time, of course you can also play solo. Check the server out <3

I wrote a review a year ago praising the server and my opinion hasn't changed since then. It's stable and well-managed. Master account system and control panel are brilliant. Reaching goals is rewarding without being excruciating. Episodes come at a pace I personally find appropriate, allowing players to experience the progression of the game. Above all else, Origins is the only server where I find myself devising long-term ambitions, and working to accomplish them.
