You're not going to like hearing this, and perhaps you'll learn it in the future, but it is not all that rare for friends to lie. Or to steal one's gears. Fact is, admitting guilt or fault is not something people enjoy doing. Then it's their word against ours. And our evidence. In the event that your friend wants to go over the case an additional time, we urge them to submit a support ticket. Never do we randomly ban players; that would not make any sense from a sustainability perspective alone.

I remember this case and it was fully solved. As a side-note, Reddit is not a platform that we actively use. Discord is, but due to timezones and the sheer amount of DMs we receive, we're inclined to recommend opening another support ticket as the best method to reach us if you want to continue a case. We may miss seeing replies to closed tickets, but will respond to new ones. Yes, there may still be some waiting time involved, but with difficult cases all we can do is to ask for your patience.

We're sorry to hear the server wasn't for you, and despite the blanket statements you threw our way, we hope you will find one you enjoy better. Adequately discussing each of the points would require far more space than there is, but most importantly it needs to be said that we would never keep staff who attempt or seek to profit from their position for themselves, their friends, their guilds, or anybody else. They would get fired without as much as a discussion due to breaching our GM rules.

Yes, you were playing for a long time, and if there's something we're guilty of, it is allowing you to play for as along as you have. Your ban was the result of nothing else except for your complete and full refusal to follow the rules and learn from the many chances that you were given. We're sorry, but that is not something you can pin on the team, there has been no misconduct from our side, and your ban was deserved in full. We wish you good luck on your next server.

It is sad to hear that you have obtained such a negative impression of the staff and it is doubtful it is in our power to change it for the better. However, for certain, we do not look down on our players and neither do we trash talk anybody. There is also absolutely nothing wrong with voicing opinions, we only ask to use the appropriate venues for that.
